4th class of power yoga and i am all in pain.
its way more painful then yoga.
i have put myself on few quick diet revisions since jan.
1) i use broken wheat instead of rice in m food.
2) brown rice instead of white rice. if i have a lot of rice craving then.
3) heavy breakfast which is almost lunch. consist of broken wheat khichdi – coffee or tea – one fruit
4) lunch by 1 or after power yoga after 3 pm. tht consist of cucumber, beatroot, carrot, milk and corn flakes. or juices or corn roti – dal paratha – or any paratha with dahi or with sprouted dal.
5) dinner is anything ususally roti and any sabji.
lets c how long i maintain it. but for the time being i am down with muscle pain.
