today i made a bit of innovation.
its very difficult to make tasty and healthy at the same time.
so what i did today is to make garlic corn paratha
now its just 5 mins works.
corn flour 1 cup
wheat flour 1/2 cup
garlic 6 cloves
green chillis – 3
salt – 1/2 tea spoon
haldi – pinch
chat masala – 1 tea spoon
1 cup water.
1) grind garlic cloves- chillis- salt- haldi- chat masala – water in mixer or blender. m chopper is not working so i used the blender. Of course that was good as everything got crushed in to a smooth paste
2) now i took 1 cup corn flour and 1/2 cup wheat the very reason is corn paratha alone wont taste good with out sarso da saag. since its for breakfast and since i want to have it with dal and dahi. i prefer to mix wheat flour. at the same time the chances to get a stomach ace after having lot of corn is nullified
3) made dough
4) make parathas on tawa or grill them
to get all the flavors and to enjoy it serve it hot with dal or dahi. or sprinkle a bit of oregano on it and have it. it tastes just yummy with oregano sprinkled. yum yum i say.
