1ST PIC = 2006 when i looked good. wt: 44 kgs .
2ND PIC= 2008 when i had started eating sweets at nite, got addicted to cakes, cheese cakes and all other sweet things.wt: 46 kgs
3RD PIC = 2010 after ligamanent tear. one year bed rest gave some permanent baggage of weight wt 48 kgs.
4TH PIC = 2012 the gradual weight gain weight after marriage. weight : 50 kgs.
5TH PIC = 2012 dec. with 2nd ligament tear and 52 kgs. Now doctor has asked me to reduce weight to 48 kgs so that my left leg can bare the entire body weight. Things have to change. food , sleep and exercise on way. Its my goal to get back to the first picture gradually not because i want to look good but because i have to become healthy – SO THAT I CAN WALK AND ITS MY GOAL TO RUN. I WISH TO RUN A MARATHON THTS MY GOAL . I WAN TO LEARN TO WALK NORMALLY. JOG AND THEN RUN . I need help. i need to heal and i need support of m bff and family
