Its been 4 months since i started yoga. In yoga the weight reduction is not quick but it leads to muscle toning and building. The fat loss is slow and its healthy.
I am setting mini targets to achieve the bigger goal.
Next target is to fit in few more old dresses/ bandies/ swim suits, etc.
The count down is april 18th.
Will post the goal and the achievement on april 18th. Till then its a hush hush. 😉
