Breakfast Option : Puff rice/ Milk / Jaggery

A healthy breakfast option those who love lazy mornings like me.
Its convenient comfort food.

1) Take puff rice/ murmura

2) Cut bananas and add them to the puff rice

3) add jaggery/ sugar – its optional to add jaggery or sugar provided you like it sweet.

4) Add milk

5) Mix well and eat.

i prefer puff rice compared to oats or corn flakes because 1) puff rice are locally made and preservatives are not added to it. 2) puff rice is lighter in nature compared to oats, wheat flakes or corn flakes and easier to digest.
