Rosette maintains the perfect balance between her body and mind, which she believes is the key to maintain/restore one’s youth. Fresh and glowing skin, slender waist, long attractive legs along with well-defined body outlines are not the only eye catching characteristics of Rosette. She is not a fitness freak and doesn’t hit the gym for long hours but she works out daily and takes a balanced diet to maintain her fitness. She doesn’t have a fixed diet plan and she loves to eat homemade food. She consciously stays away from oily food. Her daily diet consists of regular Indian food. She is quite well-known because of her passion to excel in everything, from a Miss India contestant 2007 to a model to “Udaan” founder, Basketball player and “Fotobutik” photographer & entrepreneur. Even while juggling with multiple roles, she has managed to remain fit and look stunning. I am sure every woman would want to be like her by heart, by talent and looks.

Daily must do:
4 liters water every day – whenever she gets a break between photo-shoots she makes it a point to have a glass of water.
1) Eat everything and don’t lose out on anything.
2) Never skip meals
3) Water keeps you hydrated
4) Sleep a lot.
So what does she do for amazing hair and skin?
1) Food is important. Eat well and eat right. “I hardly eat out and prefer to eat home cooked food”.
2) “I don’t go for facials, don’t apply artificial creams and gels”
3) “You should not scrub a lot. If I have to use scrub then 1st apply face wash and then use scrub”.
4) Remove all makeup before you sleep
5) “I don’t do anything for hair – I don’t apply oil daily or apply any packs. I just use shampoo and conditioner”.
“I love eating “Ghar ka Khana”(“Homemade Food”) and am non-fussy about food. So no diet plans for me at all. What I do try and avoid is oily food. I don’t have that in excess. My daily diet consists of regular food like Chapati, vegetables, soups, salads, rice, dal and lots of fruits.
Also juices and water are very high on my intake list. In fact, water is a must for everyone, at least 10 glasses a day. I often overshoot that, but it does wonders to your skin. But I often indulge my taste buds over weekends and they are reserved for binging on Chocolates, Cakes and Tandoor dishes.
About Fotobutik Photography : Usually, I just go out with my camera to capture raw moments of urban life. Since I can’t control these tiny slices of life, I always need to be on the watch out––like the guards at the beach on their little towers. If I would go out today with a theme, I would restrict myself and miss a handful of good shots because I wouldn’t be able to focus, literally. My work is about a grand scheme, city life, freshness, joys, precious moments and that’s it.. No secret formula. We are a team and work as a team. We understand each other and that is our strength.
