1). Soak the beans over night. 2) Take a pressure cooker or deep pan, pour 1 spoon oil. 3) add chopped capsicum, tomatoes, onion and garlic. 4) fry them for few seconds.
5) Add the beans .
6) Add salt , pepper and oregano.
7)Add water – depending upon the thickness of the soup you want.
Its optional to add – spring onions.
Steam it for 15 mins and tadaaaaaa. Ready to eat. Serve it hot with home baked breads.
And brown bread when baked at home are not brown in color ladies.
I am a huge fan of soups and restrict drinking / eating soups along with bread or just soups in the evenings. Its important to have a soupy meal in the evening to keep the body slim and healthy. 🙂
