My weekend started with over eating, i ate bajra rotis with ghee and jaggery, Dudhi / lauki halwa (desert), Sweet potato halwa (desert), Jalebi, idlis, masala dosa and chai. Basically its lot of eating. Now I have to give my stomach some rest today due to over eating yesterday. Plus i have a ceremony and after party today evening too 🙂 .
So what did i do ?
1) drank lots of water, 6 glasses from 7 am to 11 am. 2) Had water melon to keep my stomach full, hydrated and clean 3) had neem juice empty stomach in the morning to detoxify.
