What have I learnt about myself

Life is different after having two injured knees. Each day I realize the following:
1) family is important. Love is and kindness is.
2) I need love and I need bonds in life.
3) my girl friends mean a world to me.
4) I can’t do dieting and food gives life to me
5) I love my job and its beautiful to see people lose weight.
6) I’m communicative in nature and I love stillness & peace
7) i am not fancy and no matter what I do : I still end up wearing salwar kameez, eating Samoa and oiling my hair.
8) I love lights and loads of colors. Bright and dark works together for me.
9) I believe in god and no matter how hard I try , I can’t follow / devote myself to one religion.
10) I can’t  b angry for long and I can’t stay sad for long.
11) cooking brings peace to me.
12) fitness is my dharma
13) spinning fire, hooping, yoga, cardio and meditation works wonders for me.
14) I want to run and run all my life
