Thoughts become action , action becomes habit, habit frames lifestyle and lifestyle frames character. Its important to do right thing even when someone is not looking or controlling. Will I be able to be fair and honest with myself ? Am I able to be in a routine discipline? Have I utilized my day ?
Its more of a mental control and a lot of psychological motivation that’s required to change a lifestyle.
Our lifestyle makes us what we are, the present and the future diseases depend largely on the lifestyle we have.
It took me 6 months to lose weight and a year to be fit.
It takes 21 days for the body to accept a change of lifestyle.
It takes 45 days to built a discipline.
It takes 90 days to make a permanent change.
Change is possible, no one remains same so never force oneself and wait for the body to accept change.
