1) What do you love most about fitness? Why it is important to be fit?
Fitness brings a fresh energy in me that help me create something new each day. It helps in creating discipline & honesty in me every time I practice yoga. It’s a gradual step every day and each day I am better then yesterday. .It’s important to be fit in our body as it is the origin of our life and if life has to feel beautiful so does our body.
2) What mode of exercise you do?
As I get up early in the morning- first thing I do is chanting then I do what I have to for my day with a self-awareness in my body . I do yoga, gym, play sports, etc. Asana, chanting, pranayama, etc. I practice different forms of exercises to do something good for my body every four hours.
3) How practicing yoga has been helpful? Tell us about yourself and your journey
Yoga is (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Prathyahara, Dharma, Dhayana, and Samadhi).Discipline is the word that yoga brought within me and it gave strength to my structure. My journey from a small town boy from the nearby suburbs of Pune to a runway Model in Italy happened only because of my hard work, self-discipline, yoga and honesty.
4) What were the major milestones that gave you that “extra” motivational boost?
The realization of the fact that I am nothing I own nothing and I have nothing to lose from which came free self-expression .I realized that I am a human and care is the purpose of my life . This realization is the constant booster and motivator of my life.
5) What keeps you motivated?
6) What are some of the biggest training/ health mistakes you’ve made? And how you got over them?
Everybody is unique- it’s difficult to copy someone and that sometimes lead to errors. Practice can be copied but not the form neither the structure- the structure comes from inside us when we practice drama. We have to let go of all the drama and listen to the language of our body and be with it.I am nothing is the possibility of everything in every part of life.
