When we think of Bangalore we think of regular tiffanies and bakeries on both side of the street. If you observe – the roads are loaded with Cake shops/ Bakeries selling sweets, snacks and munchies made out of either maida, besan or Khowa. The smell of the fresh biscuits, cakes and breads in the chill climate of Bangalore allures the buyer to the store. Refined flour takes more time and effort to digest compared to the fresh whole flour, cereals and pulses. Every time we eat a cake, puff or dilpasand – we say “I eat once in a while” and that once in a while becomes pretty frequent. We live a sedimentary lifestyle where we don’t work out and our digestive system doesn’t have enough strength to digest the Junk food if we don’t work out.
What to do?
Step 1: Accept the Reality: Now we don’t work out – accept it first (That’s the current reality of my life and it’s an outcome of my past thoughts and action).
Step 2: I Need To Rectify and Change
To rectify and change – it’s important to look for a healthier food choice.
On the very same road – We find Tiffanies in Bangalore. The Tiffanies make fresh food which are healthier, easy to digest and most important fresh. They are cooked and serve immediately.
Every time I see someone eating at Tiffanies I feel great for that person ( Yaay that person is going to be healthy) and every time I see someone eating a cake I feel really sad ( oops! She / he is going to increase 1 kg today).
Eat fresh it’s any day easier then searching for healthy.
